Privacy notice
This notice describes what the site stores and processes. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer or data-protection adviser, and some hosting disclosures are still being confirmed.
Browsing and search
The site has no visitor accounts, comments, newsletter, payments, advertising or affiliate links. Search filters the prepared collection in your browser. Search terms and category filters also appear in the page address; if you reload, open or share that address, they may be included in hosting requests and logs. Avoid entering personal or sensitive information in search.
Remedy suggestions
If you use “Suggest a remedy”, we store your email address, optional name, the remedy details and where you learned it, with the date sent. Only signed-in editors can read them. Your email is used only to ask about your suggestion. You can ask us to delete your suggestion, including your email address, at any time — see Contact below. Editors sign in with an account; visitors do not need one.
Choices remembered on your device
Choosing “I understand and continue” saves a version label in local storage under owr.acknowledgement.health or owr.acknowledgement.veterinary. These flags record acknowledgement of the relevant notice; they do not contain your name or contact details. The site does not intentionally send these flags to its server.
If a notice changes materially, its version changes and you will be asked again. If storage is blocked, the button still works for the current visit, but you may be asked again when you return. You can remove these flags through your browser’s site-data settings.
Hosting and diagnostics
Lovable and its hosting services may process technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages and error diagnostics to deliver and operate the site. No separate visitor analytics service has been configured for this handbook. The provider’s exact processing, retention, regions and any cookies are still being reviewed; this notice does not claim that no data is collected.
Other websites
Source links open other organisations’ websites, which have their own privacy practices. The handbook currently requests fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive technical information such as your IP address. Google’s privacy practices also need review.
